GENERAL
If no references are provided then please provide a well detailed description of the character's outfit, their personality, and the desired pose (if applicable).
If nothing is provided then the request will be declined.
Fail to follow the TOS and the commission will be declined.
Any hateful or ill behavior will NOT be tolerated and the commission will be canceled.PAYMENT
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
Commissions are in USD and clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees.
Payment will go up depending on the complexity of the character design as well as any add-ons.REVISIONS
Any revisions of the sketch are free.
Please be mindful that constant and major revisions may set the deadline back. If too many revisions are asked for over time with no progress made then the commission will be canceled.
After the sketch process, any major changes will cost. Small changes such as coloring or line mistakes will be free IF said mistakes weren't agreed upon beforehand.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Work completion may take 1 to 8 weeks.
Some commissions may take less than 1 week, but is not guaranteed.
Timeline will depend on the type of commissions, complexity, how large the order is, and workload.
Deadlines will cost extra.
Delays may be expected. Client should expect any delays and are responsible to plan accordingly in advance.
Clients have the right to request a full refund if the paid deadline is not met.
Finished commission will be delivered via VGen platform by default. Client must ask before or after for finished commission to be sent via Email, Google Drive, or Discord messages.USE
Any and all commissions provided are for personal use only.
Commercial use will cost extra.
A non-watermarked version of the work will be provided for clients who paid for commercial use.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels, and more.Clients will receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use.
Client can NOT claim the work as their own and must credit the artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels, and so on.
Minor modifications are allowed, but credit must still be provided.
Client can NOT run the art through AI sites, machines, apps, etc.Commercial use is ONLY provided if commercial usage rights are agreed upon between artist and client and if payment for the rights is confirmed.
Commercial rights means usage of work on streams, videos, and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling work to another party, as a part of product, or on another platform.
Usage of work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms, or programs, AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes is strictly prohibited.
Additional charges will be required for commercial usage.REFUNDS
I have the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time.
Client must communicate if requesting a refund.
Refunds may take 1 to 5 business days.
Refunds are NOT available after the sketch has been approved.COMMUNICATION
Client must be respectful when communicating.
If communication is specifically requested by the Client then the Client MUST speak English. Broken English is acceptable, but I can not work efficiently if the Client is not communicating in English.
Ongoing communication may vary depending on the commission.
Communications will occur during the sketch, coloring, and delivery phases.
Please refrain from spamming update requests or else the commission will be canceled. 1 to 2 requests a week will suffice.
Client will be kept up to date with any progress or delays.
